Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me, i pre reg'd in December, and got my ordering email last tuesday which i completed and sent straight back by about 11am that day with my two favoured install slots. i then received an email the next day stating that they had my order but would be in touch "very soon" to confirm installation slot the first of which i had chosen was this saturday 23rd April . Since then i have heard nothing

i rang 150 on Friday to check if there were any details and CS informed me there was nothing showing on my account but she was happy to add a note to my account to ensure i did not lose my mates rates discount.
I have been on the virgin media support forums today and had the same response from one of the moderators that nothing is showing up on my account yet for tivo so they cannot advise me. I am starting to feel frustrated as other seem to have been sorted and many customers have rung up and been given an install date there and then ( i know i know its only a box...

) I am starting to think i have somehow gone awol in the system
Anyone else having this issue or is it just me
