EDIT: Looks like you went through retentions to get that. If I take TIVO I'll do the same. Funny how I always have to phone retentions everytime I speak to Virgin to get anything done.

I was getting the run around being told different stories on whether i would/wouldnt keep my loyalty discount.
So had no choice but to go to retentions.
I very nice, honest guy, admitted he knew very little about the tivo so would check.
He spoke to his manager, who confirmed and put notes on my account (later verfied by a sales rep) that i do keep it.
He then looked at my account:
V+ box
V box
XL TV
XL BB
M Phone
SKY SPORTS with HD
and said he will knock another £10 pm off.
