WOW, well I have just placed my order for the Tivo,(I hope ) At first I thought that I was going to get the run around as they said they were going to send me an email with a link to go register my interest and someone would get back to me at some point.
I said that I would prefer to order over the phone, was put on hold, when she came back I was put through to the Tivo department.
My package is VIP 50 and after a little confusion, about the cost of keeping my V+ box, he came back and said there was no change in the cost of my package, and would the 20th April be ok for install.
