Yes, I asked to keep my pre-existing 2 V+ boxes when I arranged the install and have one of them placed in a different room, all done under the new TIVO cost. Some one called a few days later saying the multi-room cost was being waived. also concerned about install notification. I'm booked in for tomorrow PM but no call from engineer to confirm yet. Think I'll call and confirm myself.
