Like I said it's just a jiggle to me, If I thought it wouldn't get fixed then it's a different matter.

Also my box hasn't got "a lot of issues" it just has the one.

Good point, my V+ had (I got it replaced for a Samsung box) lots of problems but my TiVo is an absolute dream.
