More of a caveat than a force majeure, imho - force majeure is usually for circumstances beyond one's control, such as Act of God (including tempest, fire, or natural disaster); War, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism; Government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order.
If any of those happened, I probably wouldn't be too bothered about the red button....
