Can someone confirm that as I'm apparently entering into a new 12 month contract (never actually mentioned at the point of ordering) I can back out before a set period?
The backward EPG was a feature very heavily marketed in communication so I would expect it to work at the point of install. Or is that unreasonable?

It is a new 12 month contract. I was expecting it to work from the off as well, but hopefully they'll sort it asap as I love my Tivo!!!
