Well i am a bit more "hopeful" today about sorting my virgin media out, having emailed Mr Berkett to make a complaint.
Spoke to a nice young lady from his department who listened to my complaint, and said that she would go through all my logs with virgin to help solve the problem. Promised to get back to me today if possible, but would probably be monday.
Told her from the off, i dont and never wanted any special disscount, i just wanted to pay the proper price.
