I spoke to a chap with a foreign accent who was quite helpful but the conversation was limited by our mutual language problems. He gave me the impression that it was always an afternoon install but I wrote down the initial information when the install was arranged and it was clearly a morning job.
Still, no big deal. Life is too short!
Just waiting now for the afternoon call from the Tech chap.

Installer just arrived. No phone call. Very polite, removed his shoes without asking. Seems to be from Eastern Europe. He has installed two already today.
