It was a hunch that paid off
it could easily have been 9 quid down the tube had it been the wrong one which is a place I've been to a few times before in the process of trying to find it. The irony is that it's a very sad story as the poor bloke was born in a grubby Manchester backstreet in Ancoats then died as a result of TB in Walton infirmary just 27 years later.
