I suspect that, like me, he's never 'heared' of anything.

As an aside is it such a surprise that the BiS minister is seen promoting British business? I see some clearly staged photo ops, I'm missing the part where it's suggested that any of those cars are Dr Cable's personal property.

Regarding the rest of it, yes we are all in it together, however we aren't a communist state and all those with money aren't going to have it all taken off them to ensure no-one is any better off than anyone else, almost all of those who are wealthier are paying more in both absolute and proportional terms they just start off with more so are left with more.
