Virgin's HD channel are promoted as "at no extra charge" the majority of the time. Here's how they are included with the different TV packages:

TV M: BBC1, BBC HD, ITV1, C4, 5
TV M+: add Film 4
TV XL: add ESPN, FX, MTV Networks, National Geographic, Sky 1, Sky Living, E4, SyFy, Discovery, Eurosport, Sky Arts 1, Sky Arts 2

And if you are VIP50/100 you get the Sky Premium Sports and Movies HD as part of your package too.
