I had a slight problemette with billing when I upgraded to the 30Mb SuperHub, and neither CS or Retentions were able to resolve it - they passed me on to the CEO's office, who, after a brief discussion, agreed to resolve the issue (I didn't ask for additional discounts/recompense, just the status quo).
Those notes were on my file, and the people I spoke to noted that I did not wish a re-occurrence of the "misunderstanding".
I was informed it was a new 12 month contract, but I have no issue with that.
