I had that as well, I tried to explain it to the woman, but she was struggling to deal with what she was doing. There seemed to be two states of being on hold one was working properly and this one wasn't and was gibberish and not very professional.
If anyone who deals with VM's internal helpdesk routing is reading you might want to look into it.
I can't be the only one who deliberately phones our own call centre numbers to make sure the IVR messages and routing works properly?
