Maybe not Flash specifically, but I'd suspect the Sky+HD box to be powerful enough to take an implementation of the iPlayer app from the BBC.
Problem is, Sky don't want this, they want an approach where they just drop the content into their existing infrastructure (not unlike the legacy iPlayer VM have), and the BBC Trust have decided that is a no-no moving forward as the BBC will be controlling the availability and syndication of the content (meaning providers can't just take Top Gear and Eastenders and bin what they deem to be "unpopular")
