I got my TIVO booked for 28th April finally after trying to use the cordless phone from 6pm to 9pm. Pressing 1 on the VM site gives a horrible ring sound and then you get back to press 1 to book a TIVO message
Then tried to use the mobile phone, I live in a very bad reception area - conected a couple of times but keeped droping calls
Did not think it would work but tried the free version of skype connected
but he could not hear me
Loaded skype on my IPAD it worked and booked my TIVO
