Re: UPDATE:Councils may charge rubbish dump users but collection fines to go.

So the fact that my council wants to move us to fortnightly bin collections and that they might now be able to charge for using a local tip, I think they will have a big big big problem with fly tipping. The lawn of the town hall sounds a good place to start or the garden of our local Labour councillor .

My local council was even caught dumping recycled waste in the land fill 2 years ago
