Just got a call on the BT phone saying he was my broadband support and my pc was about to crash and he would help.
in his best Indian accent.
When I said yeah what bb company am I with he went through them all sky, virgin etc saying they cover them all.
He hung up when I said so do you think I'm going to switch on a computer and let someone I don't know on it remotely.
Silence then he hung up. Be warned!!! Total ****...
