You don't expect the same level of service from Asda as Harrods, why expect the same level of service from a budget mass market provider like Virgin Media as you'd receive from a supplier such as Andrews and Arnold?

They don't have a lot of choice, we as a nation refuse to pay much for broadband and would rather pay next to nothing and whinge about the level of service than pay more for better.
