The bold part is quite funny considering Rooney is renowned for his abuse of officials during play, for which he's never been punished. Often when he feels hard done by he, as clear as day, swears at officials. Yet you're seriously now saying if Rooney (the goody two shoes that he is, clearly) abused officials he'd be banned. Talk about red tinted glasses.
