Yes very true, my guy works over in NI and is based in Belfast although covers all the hospitals in NI. All too often 'incidents' don't even make our newspapers I hate him working there, its always a relief when I know he's coming home. He often talks about pubs you can go into and pubs you can't etc etc, can't believe there are people who still live their lives in that way.

Very sad indeed, RIP the policeman.
