In the meantime tomorrow I would call in on 150 and choose the option "Thinking of leaving us" as that is Customer Relations and explain to them what has happened and see what kind of agreement you can get from them, you need to give up the Sports package and HD, 2nd box and unlimited calls to lower any monthly outlay.
