Lets be totally honest here, VM is a second rate provider, they give all these promises about what they will provide.

They have plenty of space to add channels, but all they do is take channels off THEY don't want, and replace them with crap channels that no one wants, they search the market for channels and don't like the prices that providers want.

VM do not keep customers up to date with anything, we all rely heavily on MB for our information.

Dont get me wrong, l have both services (VM and Sky) With VM the phone service is great, but the TV needs to be vastly improved to satisfy the needs of the consumer - US

I think that Niel Berkett, should listen to us, but he won't, Cable services need a kick up the rear, As l said in a previous comment, If l was running VM l would be fighting with Sky, to give the consumer the best of Tv quality first, and then think of how l could improve to to give value for money, and at the moment VM are not doing that,
