It's guesswork at the moment as what Sky will add to their current box.
Sky have got a lot of things that are better than VM, but at this point in time, Tivo (with it's faults) is way better, functionality wise, than the Sky HD box. |

All the things you list as missing from Tivo have been announced as comming to tivo.
The unlimited apps that can be added to tivo, that currently can't be added to sky, the search and whishlist functionality and 3 recordable tumers are a few things that Tivo can do, but Sky HD can't.

Here , here to that considering we were mentioning functionality now and you announce things that are coming , I tend to try and deal in facts as they usually don't lie , the TIVO premiere has apps and the lost over 200,000 customers last quarter and their base is now down to 2 million.
