Hugh was not correct in what he said
We often see people saying why isnt there such and such a response but as is in this case you are asking those who are not happy with the tv. If you were asking "why do you stay with virgin" then there are many many possible responses missing. But its clear by the responses you offered how you were asking the question
to many answers especially ones irrelevent to the question makes any statistical conclusion inaccurate
