I would have been with you, if Sky weren't £10/month more expensive for comparable service to my VM package, and I didn't have to get a BT line put in, and if Anytime+ was Anygood, and if they had some kind of roadmap for a TiVo like service (will watch that space after the news article though! Maybe next year...)
