Was I scammed by paying the original fee over the phone by debit card as I thought Virgin would not add it on to an account? Of course I have no record of making the first payment to the TiVo team in Manchester just an entry on my online banking of "Virgin Media Pymnts" of 14th Feb for £149 |
You should find a credit for £149 on the bill too. Or on the previous bill
