Wish we could have one in this town..we are virtually a dormitory town where the local council allows so much new housing that we have a surplus of youngsters with no work. and no new business's are opening up and there are many closing or leaving the area.
We have MOD properties such as Deadelus being decommissioned and therefore whole swathes of land to be redeveloped but we don't need new housing as we have so many already.
But I suspect that apart from London all the enterprise zones will be north of Watford.
