he has done that and a spotter has been out, apparently they refuse to do it because the council has stated that it would cause to much disruption as the road is used as part of the test route for learner drivers. BUT! what also made it worse and i had to explain it wasnt so the spotter told him that if he was to switch to Virgin ADSL he would DEFINATELY GET FULL 20mb speeds on the upto 20mb.
