Reading that quote i think that True May is talking about, for example,black gangs roaming the lanes commiting murder for drugs ,that would be ridiculous ,but why not a black barister doing his wife in for the insurance money or a muslim killing his brother so he can take control of the chain of 45 corner shops ...could happen
