Just as well they advertise 'Up to' and note restrictions due to line length and other factors within the advertisements as a general rule.

See attachment 1 for caveats on speed, number 2 for information. Seems quite clear.

Bit like advertising unlimited downloads, download as much as you like, then noting in the small print that Traffic Management, Application Management and Detrimental User Policy applies really.

In any event it's all getting tidied up.

Good to see you've your finger on the consumer pulse and know what people consider when buying a service, you're wasted in New Build.
