Install took place this morning and contract arrived this afternoon and shows cost as £116.80 pm rather than £110.55 pm (£100.55 pm for the package plus £10 pm for the second V+ HD Box).

Having already had a case of that's not right/yes it is with VM (See post 1167), I have used the "Contact Us" link on the website to seek clarification from from customer services and the automated response says "...will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days..." I don't hold out much hope though as I am still awaiting "...a response from us within the next 48 hours..." to the query I submitted to them on 27th February (raised it on this forum on 2nd March and Ben provided answers within the hour.)

Any suggestions as to what else I can do?
