If that is on the contract then I would say that you will be having a
Cisco Vbox fitted which can be upgraded to HD for a one off charge of £49, you may be thinking that you have ordered a
V+ box which would be unlikely to have NOHD in the invoice.
It might be an idea to ring up tomorrow to check which box you have ordered.
