Hello to new folks in the thread!
My latest update is I've lost 2.4 pounds since her last weeks weigh in and I've lost 16.5 pounds so far

It's been a difficult fortnight as I've been off doing things for NRAS and it often involves eating out, which can be a bit of a minefield at times. Another busy week next week but hoping to dig the pushbike out if the better weather continues.
Had an interesting chat with a physio about the use of powerplates too and effect on bone density in people with reduced mobility. I've asked her to write up a small article for me for our group newsletter, . Once I have I'll include a link here in case it's of interest to anyone.
Everyone is doing really well, whether trying to shed a few pounds or put some on, keep up the great work folks.
