Very Nice scottish lady called and offered me Free box,Instal,Activation & Subscription for 12 Months and offered to take away my standard box relocate my V+ and all in under 3 hours.

Same for me. I got a call and i received the e-mail letting me know I was in the draw. I'm on VIP50. I was told because i was a value customer. No mention of draw.
