It's the rest of his game that really lets him down. This what is totally wrong with football in the Premier League, IF it was any other player, they would have been banned and heavily fined, Rooney gets away with murder, he mouths off to referee's and he conns them left right and centre, and gets away with it.

He would not have lasted five minutes in the days of Vinny Jones etc, he is just a baby still in nappies and deserves a kick up the backside.
