Do not think that many as my partners dad called up with a fault with the box and they came out the same morning to swap the box

Guys have been on this forum and others who are not on VIP who have had an install.
It will be months and months before mear VIP customers like me get a ring.Also the staffers who look at these posts just dont seem to get it.
