I knew the superhub was bad but i didn't know it was that bad. All those millions of people who don't use or own a router because it's not as good as being connected by ethernet from modem to tower/laptop and they go and release a superhub and the only way you can use it is via the router. Yup I think you are right.
IMO VM have, at considerable expense to themselves (I imagine), scored a mighty own goal with this ill conceived and implemented combined modem/router strategy.
Far from lessening the support burden and promoting sales, I fear, due to the bad publicity generated and the poorly implemented and limited feature set (
many of which fail to work as expected), it may be having just the opposite effect.
