Actually I've found a fly in the system..Seems as an EXISTING customer I will have to pay a monthly fee for a V+HD box and the old man is flat out refusing to pay it.Doesn't mind the £49 installation fee just won't pay monthly.
If we were a new XL TV customer we'd get it for free.
