I've been using a Belkin F5D8231UK4 router for pc/laptop wireless connection without any problems. However, my son recently purchased an Xbox and I've been trying to connect to xbox live without any success.
During the network test on the xbox. It finds my network, finds the internet from my network but never gets to the xbox live connection successfully. The signal is showing as strong enough so I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong.
Is it my router, my internet connection or something else?
I forgot to add I'm on Virgin 10MB.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated to enable me a peaceful life from my son.
