OK, said person has now brought the laptop round but didn't wan't the router touching as it's 'working' and didn't want to mess about with it, FFS!! They are on O2 broadband btw.

Ended up using IE's Parental Controls (tried explaining the software options but may as well been speeking to the table!) had to give their account a password as they had admin rights and demote the account they want monitor to a Standard User as that had admin rights as well! So that's all I could do, IE's Family Safety filtering is now enabled in the Standard User account and they've fecked off happy!
