Well the engineer came today instead of tomorrow, at my request.

Once of my tuners wasn't working, plus another had a high power level. The engineer fitted a little thing to the cable coming into the back of my box to help regulate the power levels then rebooted my box back to factory settings. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Sorry for the lack of technical info, I didn't really understand what he was showing me via the diagnostics. I just nodded and smiled my way through it all.
