Bugs, I accept and I can live with whilst they are getting ironed out. Lack of feature on the other hand...
I find the interface clunky at best. The user experience is very un-polished. Why on earth are some UI screens HD quality but then it will switch to SD screens for things like Series Link recording options or settings or that sort of things (during which the current channel playback stops, not just video but audio as well). The search feature is unimpressive. The mini-guide is under-powered. And there are so few options to customise your interface or experience! Only one list of favourite channels? And not even reorderin of channels? Dude!
I can't believe that a product that has been in the making for such a long time by such a large company manages to offer such a poor experience...
I won't even mention the fact that the ethernet connection is disabled (MAJOR feature loss), which means no local network streaming; that remote recording from the online tv guide fails every time...
Paying £3 per month for the priviledge of going back 4 years in time? I really feel like cancelling the whole thing. I love new tech, but I hate getting disappointed with it that quickly! I hate "new" tech that's anything but...

I disagree with everything in your post, but if that's your experience...
HD/SD screens: VM are working with TiVo to make all screens HD, but like the US Premier HD, some are currently SD.
Video Window: Sky have blocked VM from showing their channels within the TiVo Guide, petty Sky, but there you are.
Search Feature: If you find this unimpressive, then you shouldn't have TiVo.
Mini guide: underpowered? What does that mean????
Favourite Channels: how many favourites do you want??
Re-ordering channels: VM don't want this.
Streaming: This is something that will come a little later.. more details will be released by VM.
Remote Record: Works perfect for most. are you setting your region in the Online Guide correctly?
