Looks like if you put your current tax code in it uses that for next years calculation as well rather than the new 747L (probably obvious, but I messed it up first time!) So if you're on standard tax, leave it blank or if you do know your 2011/12 tax code, you can input it to see next years take home, but it will probably be incorrect for this year.

I am still £100 worse off a month though. With a wage freeze and inflation at 4%, considerably more.
