Put it this way... there is nothing "bug" wise that is wrong with TiVo... sure there may be little things, but on the whole it works brilliantly for me.
Customers are not being used as a test bed, that's what us staff where for
The main reason for a stage by stage roll-out was to mature the metadata and ensure everything was working as it should, ready for customers.
I don't care what
ANYONE say's about it or me... even say I'm staff "so you would say that".
