Defirish with your health issues being as severe, it would seem prudent to take little gentle steps in your quest to lose weight. For example if you can walk round the block (or as far as you can manage) and gradually increase the length of your walk, would help. The main thing is to increase your activity. In my case I have found my pedometer has been a great aid. I know the figures it gives are not accurate, but the point is it reminds me the little/lot of activity I am doing on a daily basis (if that makes sense).
