ok after typing that into cmd i got could not open connection to host on port 80: connect failed

uninstalled ZA and ran the clean up, but still no joy with browsing! tried safe mode with networking still no joy
i will let you wonderful people sleep om it and hope you can crack it. thx for your help so far.
