Good luck with that. Developers have to get God, Allah, Vishnu, Buddha, the Prophet Mohammed and their great-great-great-great-grand mother to sign in blood in triplicate to be allowed to build, and even then the usual suspects, 50-something home-owning NIMBYs, pop up to have a good whine.
