Has she got money to burn gary ? Looks like the lady in question needs to retake her driving test pronto, no if's or but's. Strip her rights (driving) till she can prove she able to drive not into parked car or even to reverse even a 3 point turn in a car infested place. Would that be too much to ask of her gary ? That's my point she a accident waiting to happen or kill others.
