We have our parental control settings set to 'standard' I think and set to 'off' for viewing recordings and wedon't have to use the PIN to watch recordings any time of the day for any of the shows you've mentioned above. We do have to use it before 9pm for anything we've recorded from a Sky Movies channel (excl family).

I've just had to re-set this for the replacement V+ we just got as I couldn't understand why it was asking for our PIN and our other one wasn't for the same programmes.
